DYLAN MOODY

I'm fighting for you, City University!

Priorities
I’m a postgrad studying the GDL. I have long-standing experience in student affairs from being an English prefect and House Captain in Sixth Form to various roles at undergrad: Writing Society magazine editor and Social Secretary, BAME Officer for a disability support Society, and a Societies Committee member where I helped approve club policies.
Cost of Living Crisis
Firstly, I will expand recent cost of living campaigns. This will include greater publicity of the recent £3 meal scheme and promoting more pop-up stalls for not only greater choice of food & drink to students but also lower prices.
Mental Health, Wellbeing and Student Support
Secondly, I want to find out what factors are causing the bottleneck in support services to increase the number of possible appointments for people with social, mental health, and disability concerns.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion & Liberation
Finally, considering the recent accusations of racism within the NUS, I want to investigate and remove discrimination in our student structures. I want to make university life as inclusive to our diverse combination of students as possible.
