Priorities
I am currently studying MSc Software Engineering with Cloud Computing. I have completed my BSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire. I have previously worked as the Vice President and Treasurer of Pakistan Society. I have enough experience to represent the student voice, organize events and introduce change.
Careers and Employability
I want to make sure all students get enough awareness about the industrial needs that would get them employed regardless, if it's a placement, internship or a graduate role. I aim to work with the Career and Employability department to ensure all the students have a high employability rate.
Mental Health, Wellbeing and Student Support
I aim to work with the Mental Health, Wellbeing and Student Support to ensure that the students are assigned a mentor who will help them throughout their mental struggles while at university, allowing mentors to raise mental health awareness and deliver the students' needs to their department.
Student Communities & Events (Student Societies and Sports)
I aim to provide students with more opportunities for interaction and sports activities. Besides diversifying the university sports and adding more sports to the university arsenal, I am planning to organize weekly sessions activity sessions and reward the students for their consistency.
