The St George’s Hospital Executive Committee is dedicated to representing the needs and interests of students based in Tooting. Comprising elected part-time Officers from among the Student Members studying in Tooting, this committee plays a crucial role in ensuring that student voices are heard and acted upon.
Responsibilities of the Executive Committee Members
All members of the St George’s Executive Committee are committed to:
- Representing Student Views: Acting as the voice of the Student Members based in Tooting, ensuring their opinions and needs are communicated effectively.
- Active Participation: Engaging fully in the meetings of the St George’s Hospital Executive Committee, setting priorities for issues affecting Tooting, and holding Sabbatical Officers accountable.
- Supporting Union Priorities: Assisting Sabbatical Officers in delivering both Union-wide and Tooting-specific priorities.
- Engagements and Meetings: Attending various Union, University, and external meetings and engagements as required.
- Communication: Keeping the Student Members informed about the work and initiatives of the St George’s Executive Committee.
